METHOD OF PAYMENT:
After completing the order, you will be redirected to the GP WebPay payment gateway where you need to enter your credit card information (holder credit card, credit card number, expiry date, and CVV2/CVC2 – the last three digits printed on the signature strip of your card).
The entire data transfer is secured by SSL. After the payment is confirmed, you will be redirected back to our e-shop where the information regarding the payment result will be displayed If the transaction was completed successfully, the shopping process is completed.
Payment can fail due to one of the reasons:
- Information on your credit card was filled out incorrectly.
- At the moment of the payment, there was not enough credit on your account to perform the payment.
- The payment card is not authorized for internet transactions - address the card issuer (your banking institution) directly.
- Technical problem or some other problem with the card – card validity, exceeded limit, etc.
In the case of unsuccessful payment please contact us immediately by e-mail hello (at) lukr.cz to verify the payment status. Based on a mutual agreement, it is, of course, possible to choose other methods of payment.
Otherwise, your order will be automatically canceled after 10 calendar days!

Choose the option Bank Transfer on the checkout page. After completing the order, the variable symbol for money transfer will be displayed under which you will perform the payment. The variable symbol matches the order number, for example, 55002. If we do not receive the payment for your order to our above-stated account within 10 calendar days after receiving your order, the order will be automatically canceled! Merchandise is dispatched as soon as the payment is credited to our account. The banking transaction takes up to 3 days.
Your pack shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via TNT Express/FedEx.
Price of shipping includes handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment.
We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE PURCHASED PRODUCTS?
- You have 30 days to make a return.
- That means you can return bought items free of charge within a month of purchasing them.
- The items to be returned must not show signs of being used.
- The products must not be damaged or dirty.
- Send the products as a regular parcel (not Cash On Delivery) and include a copy of the invoice.
- A refund will be sent to you within 14 days to the account given to us by email.
- If you are returning an entire order, we will also refund the shipping charge paid for this order.
- According to the law, we have 14 days to process the return and the refund after receiving the order back, but we will try our best to work it out as soon as possible.
- In accordance with the Directive 2011/83/EU, the customer will be responsible for covering the cost of returning the goods back to the supplier.
The warranty on all purchased goods is two years and covers defects in materials and workmanship. Every Online Shop customer is entitled to return defective products within 24 months after the date of purchase. We will evaluate each return case within 30 days from receiving the item. For warranty evaluation, please send the merchandise as a regular package (not cash on delivery) to the address below together with a copy of the invoice. Please specify the defect on the returned product. All warranty claims will be accepted only in written form.

To save time and avoid confusion, please make sure your item is eligible for a warranty claim. The two-year warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover changes of the material, or colors, which correspond to regular use, defects caused by either incorrect maintenance or incorrect use of the product.
The warranty does not apply to damages caused by:
- inappropriate use of goods
- mechanical damage or normal wear
- damage by fire or other elements
- improper care
If a defect is found, the product should not be used anymore and a warranty claim should be made immediately. If you continue to use the product and the defect is extended due to further use, you take the risk that your warranty claim will not be accepted.
